The CTCS Group is an independent family owned group. Tom Snoek, current CEO, has overseen steady and sustained growth since takeover in 1991. He attributes much of the Group’s success to the long term relationships it has developed with partners, suppliers and customers over the years.

Since completing his degree in Agribusiness Management and Marketing, Jamie has gained 18 years of experience marketing soft commodities (notably coffee + groundnuts) to buyers of all types all over the world. Jamie joined Canon Garth inn 2008, starting in the logistics and contract execution department, before moving to the marketing team 2 years later. In 2014, he was promoted to director and now heads up the division.
Since 2010, Jamie has overseen expansion to more than 20 new global markets and to a broader customer base including expansion of EU birdfeed and edible oil markets.

Since graduating with a BA in International Business Management followed by a 6 years in the fund management sector, Nick joined CTCS early 2011, to established the Africa Projects division to assist the group in its drive to establish new origins for peanut production in Southern Africa.
Nick, together with Maximo, oversee Canon Garth’s supply chain investments in Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique, working closely with teams on the ground, and with the marketing and logistics teams in the UK.
